Work You’ll Do As a Oracle PPM Integration Solutions Manager on the team, you will: Lead Oracle PPM workstreams across strategy, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support. Advise clients on leading practices for project accounting, project costing, project billing, grants/capital project controls, and portfolio management. Drive workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes and functional requirements. Manage configuration and solution design decisions across Oracle PPM modules and related integrations with ERP, GL, procurement, HCM, and reporting platforms. Oversee testing, defect management, cutover planning, and business readiness activities. Manage project economics, risks, scope, timeline, and team performance for PPM-related deliverables. Coach junior practitioners and contribute to solution development, proposals, and practice initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to align Oracle PPM with broader finance and enterprise transformation objectives. Qualifications
Required : Bachelor’s degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 6+ years’ experience delivering Oracle-based transformations. 3+ years’ experience with Oracle PPM Cloud and related project financial management processes. Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle implementations, including design, configuration, testing,
