Logistics Clerk

Join ResMed's VirtuOx team as a Logistics Clerk and play an important role in keeping home sleep testing devices moving efficiently through our operation. Based on-site in Decatur, AL, you'll help ensure devices are received, prepared, programmed, shipped, and returned in excellent condition so patients can complete their testing without unnecessary delays. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality directly contribute to a reliable customer experience. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, learn multiple aspects of the operation, and help maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards that support our business and the patients we serve.

Receive incoming shipments of home testing devices and ensure inventory is processed accurately and efficiently. Clean, sanitize, and reassemble testing devices using required PPE to maintain quality and safety standards before devices are returned to service. Upload testing data and process accompanying documentation to support accurate recordkeeping and timely workflow completion. Charge and program testing devices to ensure they are ready for patient use. Prepare and ship devices while performing quality assurance checks that help reduce errors and delivery issues. Troubleshoot shipping-related issues and help resolve transit concerns to support successful device delivery and return. Monitor transit reports and validate addresses to improve shipping accuracy and operational efficiency. Restock supplies and support additional operational activities as needed to help the team meet business demands. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of logistics experience. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards. Ability to follow established processes and instructions consistently. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform work that includes sitting and standing throughout the workday. Commitment to maintaining professional personal hygiene and grooming standards in accordance with workplace safety, health, and company policies.

Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment environment. Experience handling quality assurance or inventory-related processes. Experience working with shipping documentation or address verification.
