The Vice President, Indirect Procurement provides enterprise‑level leadership for the strategy, governance, and execution of indirect procurement across DePuy Synthes. This role has a significant impact on cost optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and operational effectiveness by ensuring procurement strategies directly support business priorities. The position plays a critical role in shaping scalable procurement capabilities as DePuy Synthes evolves as a standalone organization, partnering closely with senior business and functional leaders to drive value, compliance, and long‑term growth.

Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing indirect procurement organization with a strong focus on recruitment, talent development, and succession planning. Lead the global indirect procurement strategy across key spend categories such as IT, professional services, facilities, marketing, and other indirect services.
