The Role GM continues to progress with the development and rollout of our all- new Digital Retail Platform (DRP) that delivers an omni-channel learning, shopping, and buying experience on the brand.com and Dealer websites. The platform enables customers to buy or lease their next vehicle with a Dealer 100% online, 100% in-store or any point in between. The DRP business team is seeking a Product Manager to lead the ongoing development and execution of the platform, including elements of the customer experience (CX) for each GM brand’s DRP including Chevy, Buick, GMC, Cadillac & CarBravo in the US and Canada (sans CarBravo). This role is also responsible for building and maintaining key brand and cross-functional relationships to collaboratively drive the roadmap and deliver enhancements that elevate the end-to-end digital shopping journey. What You’ll Do Partner with brand marketing teams, IT, UX strategists, and other functional partners to design and develop new, brand-specific shopping & buying experiences aligned to the CX vision. Support the development and execution of the DRP Product Roadmap – allowing the team to innovate within the e-Commerce space and deliver cutting edge technology for our customers and dealers. Drive innovation within the platform by leading AI initiatives to enhance vehicle discovery and purchase. Own the CarBravo relationship and end-to-end digital retailing experience, identifying enhancements and optimizations that meet customer, dealer, and brand needs - ensuring competitiveness with direct competitors. Execute DRP technical functionality, key shopping tools, content implementation and customer journey in conjunction with brands, AoRs, CX, IT, technology partner, legal and dealer website providers to launch brand DRPs in accordance with roadmap timing. Partner with CX organization to implement key learnings and best practices into the brand DRP experiences to drive world-class user experience. Support preparation and facilitation of GM internal leadership and brand reviews including business updates and demonstrations. Support relationship management of appointed technology partner and provide constructive feedback to maintain relations, productivity, and performance. Seek and act on feedback from GM dealer representative bodies and other knowledgeable dealer network SMEs to improve platform effectiveness, build dealer network support and advocacy and drive adoption and utilization. Partner with the DRP Implementation team to enable, communicate, and leverage key platform functionality to drive dealer utilization and ultimately, provide a best-in-class experience for our customers. Lead and manage a team to deliver on vehicle and VIS-ID launches and maintenance of each brand’s DRP. Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related focus; MBA preferred 7+ years of marketing, digital and/or technology experience required Previous people leader experience – direct reports and/or agency resources Professional and organized, self-starter with the flexibility to effectively manage change and ambiguity Highly driven individual that excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to develop high performing and accountable teams (cross-market/function) Adaptive to change and energized by leading new business initiatives Proven track record leading innovative business transformation projects Builds and maintains strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and senior leaders Strategic thinker with effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across all levels to ensure understanding, message, and communications are appropriately tailored to the audience Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-off decisions Highly analytical, data-driven, and proficient in consuming
