Other duties may be assigned. Performs mold changes when available Maintains a clean and safe work environment Documents all mold repairs, mold locations, and planned repairs Sets up injection molds and related equipment for sample and production runs Starts up and cycles in mold in accordance with documented cycles and startup procedures Troubleshoots and corrects problem processes Documents and reports mold and equipment related problems Documents daily events in technician log Monitors cycle times and part quality Documents and records cycle information for future use assignments. Inspects molds to identify the cause of quality issues or defects. COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:  Spreadsheet Software (Excel) and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook). CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
