Reimagine What’s Possible At Air Products we are committed to developing engineering professionals through our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP) . You will have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers and leaders that will provide you with challenging work while mentoring and coaching you to learn and grow. The CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three, 12-month assignments and are designed for entry-level chemical , mechanical, and electrical engineers with 0-2 years of work experience. The goal of the CDP program is to develop the future leaders of the company by giving you the opportunity to develop and deepen your professional and technical skills, experiment with your career interests, and develop your potential. While in this rotational program, participants can develop their engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. Typical assignments for engineers include process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering. At least one of the assignments will be based in a field location and one will be in our Global Headquarters in Allentown PA. R elocation assistance is provided. Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Chemical , Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Graduating between December 202 6 through August 202 7 . Strong academic performance; minimum GPA of 3.0. Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships a plus). Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership. Locations: Various may include but not limited to Allentown PA, Houston TX area, Chandler AZ, St. Louis MO, Baton Rouge/Geiser LA, Santa Clara CA.
