PS Job Title: Mgr, Capital Projects Work Place Flexibility: Onsite  Legal Entity:  Entergy Services, LLC     Job Summary/Purpose The Manager, Project Management provides strategic leadership for the successful execution of transmission, substation, distribution, and capital infrastructure projects and programs, typically Segment 1 & 2, within the ELL-SE and ENOI territories. This role is accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Entergy's quality, governance, and operational excellence standards while supporting the company's long-term business objectives. The Manager leads multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Construction, Environmental, Real Estate, Operations, and external contractors to deliver predictable project outcomes through proactive planning, disciplined execution, sound financial management, and effective risk mitigation. This position establishes clear expectations, drives accountability, removes execution barriers, and fosters a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety excellence. As a leader within Capital Projects, the Manager is responsible for ensuring strong project governance throughout the Stage Gate Lite Process, maintaining director level visibility into project performance, and providing clear, concise communications regarding cost, schedule, risks, opportunities, resource requirements, and strategic decisions. The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by translating complex project information into actionable business recommendations that enable informed decision-making. This position also plays a critical leadership role in developing organizational capability and is dedicated to coaching and mentoring project managers, strengthening project management standards, promoting financial discipline, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering Entergy's growing capital investment portfolio with consistency, predictability, and operational excellence. Job Duties/Responsibilities

Champions a culture where safety is the highest priority by establishing clear expectations, reinforcing safe behaviors, conducting meaningful field engagement, and ensuring safety is integrated into every phase of project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Provides strategic leadership for a portfolio of transmission, substation, distribution, or capital infrastructure projects and programs, typically Segment 1 & 2, ensuring successful delivery of safety, quality, schedule, financial, and operational objectives. Builds, develops, and leads high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams by establishing clear roles, expectations, accountability, and performance standards while coaching and mentoring Project Managers, Project Controls personnel, and other team members. Leads project execution through Entergy's Stage Gate Lite Process by ensuring all required deliverables, governance requirements, approvals, estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and business cases are complete, accurate, and decision-ready. Demonstrates full financial ownership of assigned projects by managing budgets, working forecasts, estimates at completion (EAC), contingency, cash flow, change management, productivity, and financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and overall project value. Proactively identifies, evaluates, mitigates, and communicates project risks and opportunities before they impact safety, schedule, cost, quality, or operational readiness. Escalates significant issues with recommended mitigation strategies and business solutions. Leads cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Environmental, Real Estate, Regulatory, Operations, Project Controls, and external contractors to align priorities, remove execution barriers, and deliver predictable project
