We are seeking a GTM Business Analyst with strong marketing analytics expertise to help Marketing make faster, more measurable growth decisions. You will partner with the CMO, Marketing Operations, SDR leadership, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Data/BI to create a trusted view of marketing impact and investment efficiency. This hands-on role combines digital and web analytics, attribution, campaign optimization, and data storytelling in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

• Analyze performance across digital channels, campaigns, segments, regions, and the customer journey.
• Build measurement frameworks for awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
• Develop and improve attribution models that assess the contribution of marketing touchpoints and inform investment decisions.
• Analyze direct, indirect, partner, affiliate, paid, organic, and field marketing activities to optimize channel mix and ROI.
• Measure channel marketing performance, including partner-sourced activity, co-marketing initiatives, partner engagement, and contribution to demand generation.
