Identifies, designs, and implements advanced process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows. 3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals. 4. Monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements. 5. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. 6. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to executive stakeholders. 7. Provides project leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and junior professionals.

Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. 2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles. 3. Extensive experience in position management, workforce economics, staffing governance, or financial planning across both full-time and contingent (FTE/CW) labor in a large enterprise or financial services environment. 3.
