Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency:  English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Preserves and governs the Position Management Process while adding governance over the financial impacts of staffing across the full TD&O workforce — monitoring, managing, and measuring the cost tied directly to every resource, both full-time employees (FTE) and contingent workers (CW). Truist has 'in office' requirements that must be honored. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Oversees cross-functional, complex technology projects. 2. Identifies, designs, and implements advanced process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows. 3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals. 4. Monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements. 5. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. 6. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to executive stakeholders. 7. Provides project leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and junior professionals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. 2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles. 3. Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management. 4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in business administration, finance, staffing planning, or a related field. 2. Extensive experience in position management, workforce economics, staffing governance, or financial planning across both full-time and contingent (FTE/CW) labor in a large enterprise or financial services environment. 3. Working knowledge of position management, hiring governance, gearing ratios, and cost and affordability controls, with the ability to partner across Workforce Strategy, Portfolio, First Line Risk, and Finance.
