Charles Schwab's Digital Investing & Trading team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing retail client-facing trading platforms. We work, think and approach problems differently than your traditional financial services firm, and we drive to change both how Schwab and industry operate to serve investors.
We are looking for a D igital Product Managemer (individual contributor) to support our existing core trading path experiences on retail web and mobile applications. This role will manage backlog executing on work that may touch key experiences like the trade ticket, order status, options chains and positions. Responsibilities include analysis, elicitation, and documentation of requirements / stories associated with new digital trading features and managing and maintaining a robust backlog augmenting existing POs on potentially multiple teams.
This individual contributor will work closely with web and mobile application scrum teams. The role involves hands on full product lifecycle experience to build and grow product management skills and requires financial services knowledge and experience. This role will report to the Director, Digital Trading within the Digital Retail organization.

What you have Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 3+ years within a brokerage/financial services firm as a product owner responsible for digital trading experiences on web and mobile 3+ years experience as a PO leading a scrum team Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities including leveraging data and insights Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Agile development methodology 3+ years of developing strong digital product management skills, experience with client journeys, demonstrated ability to synthesize process data, writing epics and stories, and experience working closely with UX/UI professionals to design the client experience Curiosity to continually reevaluate existing designs and processes by leveraging strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills Ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities, i.e. managing to fixed scope and date scenarios Effective in managing business risk through assessing risk probability and impact, developing
