POSITION
OVERVIEW The candidate will be responsible for employee transportation , directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operations involving Ground transportation activities . Should have an exposure in MIS and Billing. The executive should be a strong team player and be able to analyse the MIS Data. Detailed Role Description: · Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking Fleet & Spot transportation cars. · Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. · Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer escalations. · Serve as SPOC for all INO employees for stationed location. · Implement schedule and policy changes. · Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. · Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations. · Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. · Develop criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, and contracts for transportation programs. · Monitor spending to ensure that expenses spikes are reported periodically. · Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources. · Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services. · Collaborate with car vendors in all aspects and settlements of grievances. · Supervision on payment processing to vendors. Perform Invoice audit checks and Final reconciliations of supplier’s dues · Should be well versed of transport applications available in the market, ensure all fleet car bookings are executed on the application. Audits on trips, KMS & HRS travelled & billed. · Monitor shift reporting of implants and chauffeurs. · Will be required to work in shifts · Working 6 days a week · Working on Public Holidays (need basis). Complimentary day off will be given. · Incident report, service issue tracker.
