Consultant V, KPIF Channel Management

The Channel Management Consultant V leads cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive KPIF growth, strengthen channel performance, and improve member acquisition and retention through broker and partner relationships. This role provides strategic leadership for business planning, technology investments, budget management, and resource prioritization to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives and maximum business value. The consultant advances the KPIF broker and channel strategy by identifying opportunities, developing recommendations, and overseeing the execution of critical initiatives across business, operational, digital, and technology functions. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, this position influences strategic decision-making and delivers solutions that enhance channel effectiveness, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

Serves as lead consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides expertise and drives the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Develops business strategy and ensures alignment and prioritization of organizational objectives and business initiatives. Manages complex projects or project components, leads change management activities, and performs complex data analyses to drive business initiatives. Participates in vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
