About the team The creator team plays a core role in designing the overall creator ecosystem strategy and execution plan and driving the business to success by win-win cooperation together with the creators and sellers.

Responsibilities - Manage and grow creator relationships through both one-to-one engagement and community-wide communication, driving creator activation, engagement, retention, and long-term growth. - Develop and execute quarterly and monthly creator operation plans to improve creator activity, content output, e-commerce performance, and long-term earning potential on the platform. - Plan and organize online and offline creator activities, including training sessions, workshops, and community events, to improve content quality and creators’ understanding of e-commerce policies and best practices. - Support the planning and execution of creator-centric campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive creator growth and participation. - Work with brands and sellers to facilitate partnerships and collaboration opportunities for creators, supporting healthy and sustainable platform growth. - Become proficient in internal creator management tools and e-commerce-related features, and use data to identify creator needs, performance gaps, and growth opportunities. - Ensure smooth communication and execution across creator-related stakeholders, both internally and externally. - Support broader creator operation initiatives and ad hoc projects when required.
