Job Description
As a Monetization Strategy Manager, you will help develop and execute strategic Pricing and Packaging recommendations to drive growth for ServiceNow's Customer and Industry Workflow Business Units. Responsibilities include: What you get to do in this role: Work with pricing and product leaders to develop and implement effective monetization strategies for ServiceNow’s product portfolio Translate pricing strategy into executable plans, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, and operational stakeholders to ensure monetization strategies align to corporate pricing and packaging strategic roadmap Define, track, and measure pricing KPIs (both quantitative and qualitative) to drive actionable decision insights on product packaging and pricing performance Assist in identifying new business and growth opportunities to create incremental growth, including new pricing models and go to market approaches Support Business Unit in getting alignment on Pricing and Packaging changes and passing Pricing Committee approval reviews Assist in diverse activities to support monetization such as market sizing exercises, market/competitor research, enablement, and root cause analyses to support and identify opportunities for product growth and inform field and BU views Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 3+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry with a proven track record collaborating across pricing, product, sales, finance, marketing, and operations with specific experience in packaging and pricing for software businesses Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks with experience developing monetization strategies Proficient in competitive price research and synthesizing large data sets with Excel and other BI tools Skilled at applying independent and critical thinking to achieve impactful results with moderate to little supervision An effective communicator and highly effective in securing buy-in on monetization strategies from executives and leaders across the business Bachelor or Master degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines (MBA is a plus) For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,800 - $221,900 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
