MAJOR DUTIES: Develops and maintains specific subject expertise and provide inputs as required Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and minimise exposure. This would also include Securities Lending Trade desk. Maintains good working relationship with borrowers and collateral Tri-party agents. Act as a process expert in International and Domestic markets where trade settlement & Collateral teams operate. Maintains risk management and control activities for the assigned group Building effective working relationship with offshore partners and other relevant partner areas Provides hands on training for new staff and cross training for experienced staff Ensures response/resolution is completed within the established deadlines/SLDs, and appropriate priority levels are applied to key client deliverables Provide input towards continuous improvement of procedures to maintain highest possible efficiency and risk mitigation Assists client, partners and staff with complex problem resolution.
