​​​​ The job is based in the Miami Head Offic e The Opportunity Supports financial planning and analysis activities by collecting, reviewing, and interpreting financial data to help drive business decisions. Assists with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking. Prepares reports and presentations for management, maintains financial models, and ensures data accuracy. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve financial performance, and support strategic initiatives while adhering to company policies and financial controls. How You Will Make an Impact Analyze financial data and identify trends. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct variance analysis and explain financial results. Maintain financial models and spreadsheets. Support management with ad hoc financial analysis. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. Collaborate with business partners to support decision-making What You Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or Finance specialization) preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting software. Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English proficiency required.
