Hired with a clear hire-to-train model and developed into a client-facing, full-stack, AI-native engineer embedded directly in delivery teams.

Design, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions to optimize AI's output quality across diverse client projects. Identify, prioritize, and document high-impact opportunities for AI integration across client projects (e.g., customer support, research, legal review, software development). Define and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness, accuracy, and ROI of AI-powered workflows, present insights and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with engineering teams to support API integrations, tool use implementations, and agentic workflow design using Anthropic's platform.
