Lead Quality Assurance

JOB TITLE: Lead Quality Assurance JOB LOCATION: 20205 North Creek Pkwy, Bothell, WA 98011 DUTIES: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, including manual and automated testing, to ensure software quality. Log, track, and manage defects through resolution, ensuring thorough retesting and issue resolution. Conduct performance, load, stress, and security tests to ensure application reliability, scalability, and compliance. Work closely with development teams to review and understand software requirements, ensuring clear, complete, and testable specifications. Develop automated test scripts and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality assurance processes. Ensure the quality and performance of new and existing applications and interfaces by systematically validating and verifying software functionality, performance, and security through comprehensive testing methodologies. Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborate with senior leadership. Utilize Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cucumber, Soap, and Rest Assured. Utilize JIRA, Splunk, Oracle and SQL Server. Utilize Unix and Windows.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cucumber, Soap, and Rest Assured; utilizing JIRA, Splunk, Oracle and SQL Server; and utilizing Unix and Windows.  Our Lead Quality Assurance earn between $161,512 - $178,200 yearly.
