Desktop Application Developer (Angular | ASP.NET Core | C# | WPF/WinForms | RDBMS | Azure DevOps)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Web Developer and Desktop Application Developer with experience in building modern web applications and Windows desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in front-end development (preferably Angular), back-end development using ASP.NET Core and C#, and desktop application development using .NET technologies such as WPF or WinForms. The candidate should also have experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and knowledge of Azure DevOps and containerization technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and maintain both web and desktop applications with robust front end, back end, and client side components. • Develop responsive web user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript. • Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C#, .NET, WPF or WinForms. • Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable application components following coding standards and best practices. • Work with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases for data modeling, queries, performance tuning, and optimization. • Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between applications and services. • Create and manage containerized applications using Docker. • Manage source code repositories using Git or Azure Repos. • Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development activities. • Troubleshoot application issues and ensure high performance, reliability, security, and scalability. • Ensure delivery aligns with organizational quality standards and development processes. • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, manage the product backlog, and deliver high quality features. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Educational Background: o BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech from a recognized institution. • Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and familiarity with design principles and common design patterns. o Proficiency in core programming languages, particularly C#. o Strong experience in desktop application development using WPF, WinForms, or similar .NET desktop technologies. o Strong experience in web development using modern frameworks and technologies. o Front-end: Angular (preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS. o Back-end: ASP.NET Core, C#. o Database: PostgreSQL or other relational databases. o DevOps: Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD. o Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and container-based development. o Repositories: Experience with Git or Azure Repos for version control. o Knowledge of software engineering best practices including clean code, code reviews and debugging.
