Internship Details: Duration : 20 weeks, full-time/Onsite Dates of Internship : Jan – May 2027 Compensation : Paid internship Eligibility : Final-year students who are expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred. However, students at all academic levels who are pursuing relevant fields of study are encouraged to apply.
About Team
The Preclinical GLP Quality Assurance Department provides independent oversight of nonclinical studies to ensure compliance with GLP regulations, study protocols, and company procedures. Through inspections, audits, quality system oversight, and regulatory support, the department helps ensure the integrity, reliability, and regulatory acceptance of study data while promoting continuous quality improvement across the organization. As a QA intern, you will learn GLP regulations, quality management systems, auditing techniques, data integrity principles, and regulatory compliance requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in document review, study audits, SOP management, deviation and CAPA processes, and inspection readiness activities, while developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills applicable to careers in pharmaceutical and biotechnology research. Key Learning Areas GLP regulations and compliance requirements Quality Management Systems (QMS) Study, data, and report auditing Data integrity and documentation practices SOP lifecycle management Deviation, investigation, and CAPA processes Regulatory inspection support Risk-based thinking and quality oversight Professional communication and collaboration Career pathways in QA, regulatory affairs, and drug development Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences, Toxicology, Veterinary, Chemistry Bachelor's degree program. 3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Good written and reading proficiency in English; CET-4 or above. Strong spoken English skills. Interest in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Clinical Research, or Bioanalytical Sciences. Coursework or laboratory experience related to biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, or biologics. Exposure to GCP, GLP, or other regulated laboratory environments through coursework, training, or internship experience is a plus. Familiarity with data management systems or quality management processes. Experience with scientific data analysis is a plus. Additional Job Standards: Good organization and multitasking ability.
