You will work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to orchestrate seamless daily operations, anticipate guest needs, and elevate every detail of the guest journey. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet W and Marriott luxury standards. Conduct room inspections with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for exceptional presentation. Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operational issues are resolved efficiently. Monitor room status, manage discrepancies, and prioritize cleaning activities to optimize the guest experience. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development of the housekeeping team. Create a positive and motivating environment where associates feel empowered to grow and succeed. Champion safety, security, and sustainability standards while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle guest interactions with professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality, turning moments into memorable experiences. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or a related hospitality role. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
