About this role
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being. We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare. Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

Full accountability for ensuring daily clinic operations run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently for providers and patients. Strong written and verbal abilities to clear roadblocks and align stakeholders. Ability to serve as the primary local point of contact for therapists, empathetically resolving platform and scheduling issues. Track record of collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, including Support, Marketing, and Provider Success. Proficient in Google Sheets with basic data visualization skills. Ability and eagerness to quickly master proprietary software and operational tools (e.g., custom Ops Apps, Hex dashboards). Must reside in the SF Bay Area with a reliable means to commute regularly across four primary clinic locations: San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Sacramento. Ability to be in-office up to 5 days a week; schedule will flex across locations based on site launches, provider onboarding, and real-time operational needs. Willingness to travel up to ~75% to lead on-the-ground launches for new clinic locations outside Northern California.
