The Business Office Coordinator will assist the Business Office Director (BOD) with managing and directing the activities of the business office staff. The Business Office Coordinator will serve as a backup for the BOD as needed. The Business Office Coordinator will be assigned accounts for billing and collecting. This position will assist with training new hires as well as current staff in new processes. The Business office Coordinator will be responsible for review of reports to determine productivity for business office staff as well a complete reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of patient information.
