 Our 12-week Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Controls Engineering Track Internship focuses on World Class Manufacturing methodology . Core experiences and projects span areas such as lean manufacturing, quality, automation, process engineering, and more. Your day-to-day 
 Intern project assignments could be in areas such as: Lead automation projects related to process control, quality control, safety systems and vision systems Design, develop, review and conduct coordination for test programs or components, small systems or processes, or materials taking into account customers, product performance, cost and quality requirements  Manage equipment / resource relocation projects  Lead change management with impacted team members Focus on cost-savings initiatives across a plant including:  standardized work audits, Improving first pass yield and throughput, etc.   Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing tools to project(s)   Upon successful completion of the summer internship program, you may be considered for employment opportunities within the Full Time Manufacturing Leadership Development Program: Controls Engineering Track post-graduation.   What we offer

 This internship will take place at one of our North American plant locations in Findlay, OH and Clyde, OH.    Learn more about our Manufacturing locations and the communities where we live & work here !   Minimum Requirements 
 Pursuing bachelors degree with major in: Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with plans to graduate before or by May 2029 Current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher Must have indefinite US work authorization.
