Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily planning, prioritization, task allocation, and execution of a geographically dispersed team, establishing clear priorities, balancing workload and resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring commitments are delivered on schedule and to expected quality standards. Demonstrate leadership in a complex, fast-paced environment by effectively managing competing priorities, concurrent projects, evolving requirements, and organizational dependencies while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and focus on business and program objectives. Drive cross-functional integration across the Strategic Reentry Programs (SRP), Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM), and Navy Reentry organizations, strengthening communication, project coordination, decision-making, and alignment of business rhythms, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Lead the development, maintenance, and completion of project management artifacts supporting initiatives across the Navy Reentry and SRP organizations, including integrated schedules, action trackers, status reporting, risk and opportunity assessments, decision packages, briefing materials, and other program management products. Manage and assess monthly team budget performance, ensuring appropriate allocation and expenditure of resources against established plans; identify and communicate budget risks, variances, and corrective actions; and lead or support development of proposals and Bases of Estimate (BOEs) supporting future fiscal-year requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education 5+ years of professional experience Extensive project experience or Greenbelt Certification Experience in leading and facilitating large meetings Highly detail-oriented Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance , to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
