Grade Level (for internal use): 12 The Team: The Multi-Asset Product Management team sits at the intersection of product innovation, client engagement, and commercial strategy. Our team works closely with clients, sales, research, governance, and operations teams to bring new index solutions from concept to commercialization across global markets. We value curiosity, collaboration, strong stakeholder management, and operational excellence. Team members are expected to think strategically, communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, and play an active role in helping clients solve real investment challenges using index-based solutions. Responsibilities and Impact: Support client engagement with leading asset managers, insurance companies, investment banks, and ETF issuers in Korea, while supporting broader business initiatives across APAC. Partner closely with research, sales, governance, and operations teams to bring innovative index concepts from idea generation to successful market launch and full life cycle support. Identify emerging market trends and client needs, translating them into new investment solutions and commercial growth opportunities. Gain exposure to a highly international environment, collaborating with global product, research, and commercial teams while playing a visible role in the continued expansion of S&P DJI's presence in Korea and APAC. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 8-12+ years of relevant experience in index product management, asset management, derivatives, structured products, or related financial markets roles. Strong understanding of multi-asset investment strategies, options-based indices, and structured product applications. Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to engage effectively with local and global stakeholders. Proven experience managing institutional client relationships and driving product development or business growth initiatives. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, research, sales, governance, and operations teams. High level of ownership, attention to detail, and operational excellence in managing projects and deliverables. Commercially minded, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to identify opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
