About the role
As an Finance Analyst & Fixed Assets , you will perform a variety of general accounting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. This role supports the integrity of financial reporting by maintaining accounting records, preparing reconciliations, and assisting with audits and project activities. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day accounting operations and adherence to established standards.
Key Responsibilities
As an Finance Analyst & Fixed Assets, you’ll be responsible for: Performing accounting activities in accordance with established accounting principles and standards, including general accounting, general ledger, project, and/or government accounting Compiling and maintaining accounting statements, reports, general ledger accounts, cost revenue reports, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations Monitoring account entries and control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations based on financial data Supporting internal and external audits, as well as project activities, ensuring timely and quality execution Comparing budget versus actual costs and providing insights to support financial discipline Preparing basic financial analysis to support accurate financial reporting Following accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure compliance with standards Managing fixed asset administration, including tracking investment projects, CAPEX, and capitalizations Requirements We are looking for people who are detail‑oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy and continuous improvement. As a minimum you must have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ Experience in financial analysis, fixed assets , accounting, cost accounting, or similar areas Practical knowledge of accounting systems, processes, and internal controls Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Experience with AS400 (BPCS) Knowledge of SAP Experience using Power BI and HFM Benefits We offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well‑being programs.
