Summary Applies conceptual knowledge of theories and practices related to taxation and tax accounting. Develops and delivers tax process documentation, training content, and super user support for special projects and continuous improvement work efforts. Responsible for the accuracy and completion of own work.

Coordinates team usage of tax reporting systems, confirming the schedule of services with vendors, communicating to recipients the calendar of events for production of statements, and filing schedules and deadlines for transmission to external tax authorities. Collects, compiles, and synthesizes tax information reporting data and provides senior analysts with management information system reporting. Coordinates the file transfer, data import, statement rendering, and filing with government entities, including any time extension requests. Reviews files for rejections and/or inaccurate/incomplete data. May liaise between reporting vendors and lines of businesses and ensures those businesses are reporting proper tax information.

Required: Full time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with and expected graduation date of May 2026 Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale  Preferred: Previous internship experience in asset management industry or related field    Ability to process a variety of information and quickly draw relevant conclusions and summarize results  Ability to presents ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively; tailoring message and delivery to different audiences  Able to diagnose, analyze, and identify improvement opportunities  Understanding of data visualization tools and financial systems  MS Excel knowledge of complex formulas   Holds self-accountable for anticipating and meeting client needs  Demonstrates a sense of urgency for reaching goals and achieving results  Adapts quickly to changing conditions and builds capability to meet new or evolving priorities  Proficient analytical experience using Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint  FINRA Requirements   FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.     Work Flexibility   This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.  Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status)    Base Salary Ranges Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.
