Weyerhaeuser Company is seeking qualified candidates who wish to be considered for full-time entry level production positions at our Engineered Lumber Products (ELP) Manufacturing Facility in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The wage for this role is $19.53 per hour. We offer a competitive starting wage along with Gainsharing bonus opportunities. Key Functions: - Responsible for the daily operation of manufacturing equipment that produces engineered lumber products. - Perform regular Preventive Maintenance and clean-up on equipment. - Work safely and effectively in a team environment. - Problem solve and troubleshoot equipment and issues on a regular basis. - Involvement in ongoing process improvement in the work area. - Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to manage product flow. - Perform quality checks and ensure production of a quality product. - Complete shift paperwork and recordkeeping. - Attend team meetings and regular training sessions.
