About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to act as a Product Owner as well as subject matter Expert for one of our enterprise Marketing Platforms & Execution Delivery product team, who will support the evolution and implementation of key capabilities in the Marketing Email Platform. In this role, you will: Partner with Product Managers and Product teams to define business requirements and solutions to meet objectives. Ensure feature requirements are within our business standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with key stakeholders (value stream leaders, business groups and control groups) Create, manage, groom, and prioritize the Product Feature backlog and work with the Product Area team as well as Scrum teams to plan stories for upcoming sprints Be accountable for feature deliverables and KPIs. Monitor and measure progress on feature delivery and sprint team velocity. Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement Effectively manage risks and imp=es, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise Serve as an expert advisor to leadership Required Qualifications: 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 7+ years of experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework experience with at least 3 of those years operating as a Product Owner. Hands-on experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira 7+ years of hands-on functional knowledge of Email Marketing platforms predominately with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience in Scaled Agile, product management/ development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead Desired Qualifications: Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, backed by certifications SAFe certified POPM or alternative Product Management certifications Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to synthesize data, to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization level, where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are important Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Creates and maintains product / systems documentation and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables Posting End Date: 1 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
