PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management modules including:   Work schedules and shift planning   Time evaluation (PE configuration)   Absence and attendance types   Leave management and holiday calendars   Overtime and premiums   Integrate Time Management with SAP Payroll and other HCM sub-modules   Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time recording, time evaluation, and payroll integration   Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure data accuracy   Provide production support and manage change requests   Prepare functional documentation and configuration guides   Support statutory and compliance requirements related to working time and leave policies   Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interfaces     Mandatory skill sets:     HCM – Time Management   Preferred skill sets:     HCM – Time Management   Years of experience required :     6 yrs+   Education qualification:     BE/ B.Tech /MBA/MCA/ M.Tech /CA/ICWA       Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering, Chartered Accountant Diploma, Master of Business Administration Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Application
