What you’ll do: This role is responsible for developing and improving technical publication and repair process solutions that support aerospace aftermarket and product support activities. The role focuses on creating and maintaining technical documentation, developing repair and provisioning processes, and ensuring deliverables meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement in engineering processes and product support capabilities. Develop and deliver technical publications in accordance with customer contracts, specifications, and applicable industry standards. Design, develop, and continuously improve repair processes and technical publication procedures to support aerospace product lifecycle requirements. Develop and maintain Initial Provisioning (IP) data and related documentation in accordance with customer and program requirements. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure technical data accuracy and process effectiveness. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical publication quality, repair process efficiency, and product support capabilities. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal engineering processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Internships, capstone project, university research, or aerospace-related project experience are preferred. Basic understanding of engineering principles and aerospace product lifecycle concepts. Familiarity with technical documentation, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data interpretation. Knowledge of CAD tools, PLM systems, technical publication tools, or Microsoft Office applications is an advantage. Understanding of aerospace maintenance, repair, provisioning, or logistics support concepts is preferred. Awareness of industry standards such as ATA, S1000D, or aerospace technical documentation practices is a plus. Skilled in DOORs, CATIA. Proficient in both spoken and written English, effective at cross-cultural collaboration with global teams and customers Good communication and problem-solving skills, being able to manage onsite priorities.
