Data Centers - Central Operations is responsible for keeping these sites operating efficiently and safely. This role is part of the Spares Supply Chain team and will be accountable for the sourcing, planning, positioning, and delivery of critical spares - assuring that data centers have their spare parts available to them when they need them. This role and peer roles on this team are critical to keeping our data centers running worldwide. As a Spares Program Manager, you are responsible for ensuring supply chain spares readiness for our data centers, with specific attention to NPI product intake, cross-functional alignment, and upstream engagement with construction teams to drive spares initiatives. This includes understanding supply chain risks due to timing, new designs, and accelerations - and building and executing on supply chain strategies to ensure spares readiness as a data center goes live and stays running. Create & enforce structured governance processes with upstream NPI & sourcing partners to establish clear spares requirements during the initial phases of onboarding a new product or supplier. Apply systems thinking to analyze the end-to-end spares pipeline, proactively identifying structural gaps, process friction, or signal handoff failures, and build robust, scalable processes to resolve them on both a strategic and execution level. Leverage cross-functional relationships to influence upstream stakeholders, driving the onboarding of NPI products and their unique spares requirements into standard planning, sourcing, and replenishment workflows. Anticipate upcoming supply chain risks, component constraints, and/or design cut-in accelerations, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute mitigation strategies to position inventory. Partner closely with other teams and ensure that the right spare parts are physically in place at both current and future data center sites.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience in spares planning. Experience in supply/demand planning within a data center or manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience partnering with hardware engineering, design, and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to translate early product signals, engineering changes, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) into actionable spares requirements.
