PMO & Portfolio Management Consultant Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About Accenture Accenture is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Management Consultant to support the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of multiple security-related projects for a large banking client in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on establishing and operating effective project and portfolio management practices across a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, delivery teams, and business functions. Cybersecurity expertise is not required; however, experience managing technology, transformation, risk, compliance, or security-related projects is an advantage. The successful candidate will help ensure that projects are delivered with clear governance, accurate reporting, effective risk and issue management, strong stakeholder coordination, and alignment to portfolio priorities, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.

Portfolio Management Support the management of a portfolio of security-related projects by maintaining a consolidated view of project status, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and key decisions. Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and management updates for client leadership and Accenture stakeholders. Track portfolio performance against agreed objectives, milestones, delivery plans, and expected benefits. Identify cross-project dependencies, conflicts, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and escalation items. Support portfolio prioritization discussions by providing accurate project data, delivery insights, and impact analysis. Ensure portfolio governance forums are properly structured, documented, and supported with accurate materials. PMO Governance and Control Establish, enhance, and operate PMO processes, templates, reporting mechanisms, governance routines, and delivery standards. Maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting minutes, dependency trackers, and status reports. Monitor project progress against scope, timeline, cost, quality, risks, and deliverables. Support project managers and workstream leads in maintaining consistent project management discipline. Ensure project documentation is complete, structured, version-controlled, and aligned with client and Accenture expectations. Prepare materials for steering committees, working groups, executive updates, and project governance meetings. Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination Coordinate with client stakeholders, Accenture teams, third-party vendors, technology teams, risk teams, compliance teams, and business representatives. Facilitate follow-ups on actions, decisions, dependencies, and pending inputs across multiple parties. Support meeting preparation, agenda setting, minutes of meeting, and tracking of agreed actions. Help resolve coordination gaps between project teams and escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate governance channels. Maintain a professional consulting presence with senior stakeholders in a banking environment. Reporting and Executive Communication Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready reports covering portfolio health, project progress, key risks, issues, decisions required, milestones, and upcoming activities. Develop dashboards and presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms. Translate complex project information into structured management insights. Support leadership briefings, steering committee packs, and client governance presentations. Ensure reporting is fact-based, consistent, and aligned with agreed PMO standards. Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management Maintain and monitor RAID logs across projects and the overall portfolio. Follow up with project owners and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of actions, risks, and issues. Identify early warning indicators that may impact delivery timelines, budget, scope, or quality.
