Job Title Project Manager Job Description Summary Job Description •    Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, Assistant Project Managers, QSs, FM teams and stakeholders to deliver improvement works, minor works, A&A works and consultancy-related services effectively. •    Develop project briefs, preliminary scopes of work, feasibility studies, project timelines, preliminary cost estimates, site plans and submission materials for Employer review and approval. •    Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, procurement, authority submissions, design coordination, execution, risk mitigation, quality assurance, handover and close-out. •    Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs from architectural, M&E, civil and structural, quantity surveying, project management and specialist consultants where required. •    Ensure works comply with contract requirements, building standards, authority approvals, safety requirements, site operational constraints and school operating-hour restrictions. •    Plan works to minimise disruption to school operations, including scheduling disruptive works during school holidays, outside operating hours or agreed access windows where required. •    Coordinate site inspections, progress meetings, stakeholder updates, technical clarifications, statutory inspections, regulatory submissions and required certifications. •    Monitor project milestones, programme risks, cost implications, quality issues, safety risks, authority constraints and potential delays, ensuring timely escalation and recovery actions. •    Manage defects liability period matters, latent defects, warranties, handover documentation, as-built information, close-out records and post-completion follow-up actions. •    Maintain clear project documentation, progress records, photographic evidence, approvals, meeting notes and close-out reports to support governance, payment claims and audit review.         INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
