Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, our employees need reliable technology to do their best work every day. This role keeps our internal systems running smoothly by solving issues quickly, supporting users in person and remotely, and making sure our offices and meeting spaces work the way they should. You’ll help reduce downtime, improve the employee experience, and support the tools and processes that keep the business moving. You’ll work closely with the IT Support team, office partners, and employees across the company to resolve issues and improve how we support technology at Qualtrics. As we grow, this role also helps us adapt new tools, strengthen documentation, and improve the way IT support operates.

How You’ll Find Success

Things You’ll Do

• Resolve employee issues quickly: Provide support for laptops, software, VoIP, videoconferencing, and other end-user technologies.

• Keep meetings running smoothly: Support conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, and onsite presentations so teams can collaborate without interruption.

• Manage service requests: Triage and resolve IT tickets, use existing documentation to solve common issues, and escalate more complex problems when needed.

• Support onboarding and offboarding: Set up new employee devices and accounts, and reclaim or reset equipment when employees leave.
