JOB DESCRIPTION
How You Will Contribute Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications and Colleague Engagement , and working alongside a team of communications professionals, business managers, project managers , marketers and event planners . T he communications co-op will support the development and implementation of internal and external communications , provide event support, and help the team achieve its strategic business objectives . Accountabilities will include: Provid ing support to business partners, project teams and subject matter experts by executing project plans th at enable communication strategies Work ing with business partners to coordinate approvals and translations for content and design Producing and maintaining client facing content, including brochures, public site content (including Intelli-Response FAQs) and in-app/platform messages Creat ing content and messaging in the appropriate voice and tone that aligns to strategic initiatives Maintain ing appropriate project records and information; reports to management and others on project status and updates REQUIREMENTS What You Bring to TD Majoring in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Technical Writing , Marketing , Business, or a related field. Proficiency in clear communications about complex projects . E xcellent problem-solving skills, with a d emonstrated ability to think strategically and synthesize information quickly . Able to leverage technology, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Yammer, and able to offer creative ideas to tell a story or convey a message.
