THE WORK Supervises an hourly workforce of Assembly & Test technicians in production of Radar or Launcher subsystems or components in the Moorestown, NJ factory. • Ensures the workforce is fully trained, equipped and staffed to meet daily production demands, and works with peers to identify skills / talents needed to make team successful. • Ensures adequate engineering and administrative support is in place for the workcenter. • The Supervisor can expect to lead a team of 15-30 employees, and OT/Weekend support may be required at times. Please Note: This is for a Second Shift role. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance; US Citizenship is required. • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of assemblers and test technicians to meet quality, cost and schedule goals. • Experience in a single piece flow manufacturing environment and lean manufacturing techniques. • Ability to understand procedures, work instructions, specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings and apply this knowledge in day-to-day activities. • Experience performing Data Analysis Desired Skills • Continuous improvement mindset. • Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers, including DCMA. • Performance Management Team (PMT) and 6S experience. • Experience in electrical & mechanical assembly and/or use of automated equipment. • Experience with SAP. • Green Belt Certified • Ability to effectively communicate leadership/factory initiatives to team members.
