Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.     What's in it for you: The Operations Solution Center Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing logistics claims operations, including the end-to-end investigation, documentation, and resolution of claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. This role ensures claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies, transportation laws, insurance requirements, and other applicable regulations. In addition, this position leads and develops the claims team by assigning work, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and driving adherence to established processes and service standards. The supervisor also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.   Based in our Bangalore office, India, this role reports directly to the Operations Solutions Center Leader   What you will do: ·Oversee the end-to-end logistics claims process, including claim intake, investigation, documentation, resolution, and closure for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.        Lead, coach, and develop the claims team by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, conducting regular team meetings, and supporting ongoing training and development.       Collaborate with internal functions such as logistics, customer service, finance, and operations, as well as external stakeholders including customers, carriers, and insurance providers, to gather information and resolve claims effectively.    Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation laws, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate and complete claim records.       Monitor key performance indicators, analyze claims trends and root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and strengthen customer experience.      Develop, review, and standardize claims processes, policies, and best practices to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.·       Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, claims management, or a related area, including 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
