What is The Role

As Procurement Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to architect and manage the systems, processes, and analytical frameworks that empower the global sourcing and procurement organization. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing in North America, to transform procurement operations into a data-driven engine of efficiency. You will work closely with global sourcing leads to drive value through operational excellence, automation, and high-quality organizational metrics across all technical and non-technical spend categories. This role is highly cross-functional and requires consistent liaison with IT, Accounts Payable, and other key departments across the company to ensure operational alignment.

Operations, Systems, & Analytics

• Act as project manager for the Sourcing team, keeping key projects on track and supporting weekly key deals reviews.
