Skills and Competencies Proven experience leading and managing administrative or operational support teams within a complex, senior stakeholder environment Strong people leadership capabilities, including performance management, coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery while managing multiple competing demands High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information Interest in technology, process optimization, automation, and modern administrative practices Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use Education Appropriate qualifications such as college education, university degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role Responsibilities Lead and oversee the London administrative function to ensure high-quality support, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the office. Provide leadership and oversight for the UK administrative management team, supporting Senior Administrative Coordinators in delivering consistent and effective administrative services Ensure high-quality support for senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, confidential information handling, and project support Manage administrative capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce requirements aligned to business needs Lead performance management, development, coaching, engagement activities, and training completion across the UK administrative population Partner with the UK Country Manager and key stakeholders to support office management priorities, employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and organizational culture Build strong relationships with partners across People, Legal, Facilities, Technology, Procurement, Risk and Compliance, Business Planning, and senior business leaders Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology adoption, automation initiatives, and effective implementation of regional and global programs Oversee business events, leadership meetings, office logistics, facilities planning, and continuity of administrative support while identifying and mitigating operational risks About the Team Our Regional Organisation team is responsible
