Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field Master’s degree or professional certifications in Learning and Development, Coaching, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred Responsibilities Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise skills programs that build future-ready capabilities and support business growth. Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Human Resources partners to assess enterprise skill gaps and align learning programs with strategic business priorities Conduct learning needs assessments and translate requirements into measurable learning objectives, program outcomes, and scalable learning experiences Design and develop enterprise learning programs using blended learning, experiential learning, coaching, digital learning, and other modern instructional approaches Integrate innovative solutions including generative artificial intelligence, adaptive learning, and emerging technologies to enhance learner engagement and personalization Manage end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, facilitator preparation, participant communications, vendor coordination, logistics, budget management, and delivery Facilitate learning sessions and collaborate with talent development colleagues to ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences Own program measurement activities from scoping through post-program evaluation, including baseline creation, skills assessments, feedback collection, business impact tracking, and stakeholder reporting Analyze results, communicate findings and recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and pilot innovative learning solutions that address future workforce skill needs About the Team Our Talent Development team is responsible for building the skills and capabilities that enable employees and the organization to grow and succeed.
