Responsibilities
Build working relationships with site operations, engineering, construction, vendors, safety, security, and leadership stakeholders. Coordinate and drive critical environment programmes, projects, audits, readiness activities, and operational improvement initiatives across Helsinki sites. Track actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard. Support compliance with critical environment standards, operational policies, procedures, and site-readiness requirements. Coordinate CE audits, compliance verifications, and follow-up remediation actions. Identify operational risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure, and drive mitigation plans with the relevant teams. Support cost, energy efficiency, reliability, and resilience improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain routine reporting on CE programme status, risks, KPIs, objectives, and improvement actions. Act as a coordination and escalation point for CE-related issues, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and actions are followed through. Provide input and recommendations on critical environment design, equipment, construction methods, operational readiness, and maintainability.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Experience in datacenter, critical environment, facilities, construction, or infrastructure operations. Proven ability to coordinate complex, large-scale projects across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires fluency in reading, writing, and conversational Finnish and English, as all business operations and stakeholder communications are conducted in these languages Program management skills, including planning, tracking actions, managing risks, and driving deliverables to completion. Ability to work effectively with operations, engineering, safety, security, and leadership. Good understanding of critical environment principles, operational risk, change management, and site readiness. You will be required to travel between sites as part of this role so a valid driver’s license will be required. This role requires you to be on-site, and the location has limited public transport.
