Job Title Shift Engineer Job Description Summary Job Description Description  To take care of smooth operation of all equipment  To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.  To provide the resources and time for HSE training, workplaces, accommodation and facilities for staff.  To attend HSE meetings and address HSE issues.  Ensure SO observation completion on time.  TBT for all associated team members  Ensure 100% legal compliance  Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations.  Participating in emergency exercises  Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.  Attend safety committee meetings  Spread safety procedure across down team  Ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment  Ensure Closer of Checks complaints  Prepare daily engineering report  Ensure Permits & SOP implementation  Ensure Daily Tags & MIS  Ensure AMC as per Contract  Prepare shift schedule of maintenance staff  Ensure PPM activities.  Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time C&W PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES INDIA (JOB DESCRIPTION)  To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same. Bring the same to the notice of management as required & follow engineering guidelines and Safety management system Roles, Responsibilities, Authority, and Accountability (RRAA) in relation to OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) Roles in OH&S:  To promote a safety-first culture in line with the DLF HSE Policy.  To act as a role model by following and promoting safe work practices.  To serve as a link between management and the workforce for OH&S matters.  To ensure team compliance with all applicable safety procedures, SOPs, and legal requirements. Responsibilities in OH&S:  Ensure understanding and implementation of the DLF HSE Policy among team members.  Communicate and enforce DLF Safety standards, SOPs, and OH&S procedures within the team.  Set and meet individual OH&S objectives aligned with organizational targets.  Identify workplace risks, implement appropriate control measures, and communicate them effectively.  Participate actively in Employee Consultation Forums and OH&S meetings.  Report and investigate all incidents, Near Miss Cases (NMCs), and Safety Observations (SOs) according to procedures.  Ensure all work complies with the Permit to Work system and all necessary risk controls (OSRA, JSA, HIRA, TBT).  Attend mandatory OH&S training as per the Training Needs Identification (TNI) and plan.  Maintain and track OH&S documentation as per assigned responsibility. Authority in OH&S:  To stop work if an unsafe act or condition is observed.  To report violations or hazards to supervisors or HSE personnel.  To request resources (PPE, tools, training) necessary for maintaining a safe work environment.  To conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks as necessary.
