As a Human Resources Representative for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, IA, you will:
Serve as a strategic thought partner, consultant and advisor to business leaders and employees on HR related matters Coach managers and employees to strengthen performance, enhance working relationships, and support individual and team effectiveness Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives that foster a positive high-performing work environment Partner with leaders and employees to address employee relations concerns and support resolution of workplace issues in alignment with Deere policies and employment laws. Facilitate talent management processes including performance management, leadership development, and talent reviews. Utilize workforce data, insights, and analytics to identify trends, inform recommendations, and support business decisions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Mobility, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver business solutions

2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Generalist, or Business Partner roles Solid understanding of HR processes and practices with knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft products Experience providing HR coaching and counseling through challenging and uncomfortable situations Solutions focused with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate with various levels of leadership Comfortable operating in ambiguity and ability to drive results amidst competing priorities Collaborative team player with a strong drive to create a positive John Deere employee experience Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with a track record of managing work autonomously

Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve employee experience, business outcomes, and operational efficiency. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across the organization. Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
