Tech Anchor - Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tech Anchor to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade, full-stack products that host advanced Supply Chain Analytics algorithms and Generative AI/LLM solutions.

As a Tech Anchor, you will serve as the technical backbone of the team, blending hands-on software engineering with architectural leadership and agile mentorship. You will work closely with GDIA (Global Data, Insight & Analytics) partners, integrate machine learning models, and leverage state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs)—including OpenCode, Gemini —to solve complex supply chain challenges.

This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional communication skills. You will regularly interact with Ford leadership, advocate for technical excellence, and drive a self-starting, proactive development culture.
