The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.    How you will create an impact Provide support and assistance to the team in effectively and profitably underwriting, marketing, selling, and promoting all Liability products. Tasks include underwriting of new business production and renewal retention developed through Brokers, Direct Clients, and Business Development Managers. What you’ll need to succeed Maintain the Casualty underwriting principles that adhere to all corporate guidelines and support the strategy and profit goals of the company. Develop strategic relationships with producers in GCC markets with focus on Saudi Arabia. Provide sound underwriting decisions, exhibit flexibility, and price risks to achieve established profit goals for the company. Provide feedback on renewal loss ratios that exceed permissible. Identify poor performing accounts. Maintaining broker/client relationships. Generate new business from existing producers and up-sell current accounts. Adhere to underwriting authority & underwriting guidelines reference in the AIG Casualty Intranet site.
