Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you!   In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Interpret specification and requirements documents to write test procedures for the functional and environmental testing of Engineering, Flight, and Qualification Hardware. • Obtain Certified Test Conductor (CTC) training to become certified to perform functional and environmental tests as the Person In Charge (PIC). • Support Subsystem Level test through environmental testing in primarily thermal and thermal vacuum environments. • Design, implement, and maintain test equipment and test software. • Collaborate with engineering to review and validate test data, identifying and confirming anomalies or passing data.   Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.     Basic Qualifications 
 Familiar with RF or microwave hardware Experience with system integration, mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Test & Integration Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Security Clearance. Desired Skills 
 Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field preferred). In lieu of degree/education, relevant experience will also be considered or may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. Knowledge of the latest Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborativeteam environment with occasional alternate shift Experience with test automation (SCPI commands, LabVIEW) Current LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification or equivalent Working knowledge and experience with Automation Framework Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
