We are looking for an execution-focused Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for Security and Partner Enablement initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of aligning with architects, platform providers, marketing program managers, and operational teams, translating strategy into clear plans, establishing scalable operating rhythms, removing blockers, and driving accountability across stakeholders. Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution across Security and Partner Enablement workstreams. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, success criteria, and stakeholder communications, and help teams move from strategy to measurable outcomes. Own the team’s Agile operating rhythm, including backlog management, sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, action tracking, status reporting, and continuous improvement. Create structure that improves transparency, prioritization, follow-through, and delivery predictability. Serve as the operational connection point across technical architects, partner program leaders, engineering and business stakeholders, external vendors, and platform providers. Build alignment, identify blockers, drive decisions, and hold owners accountable to commitments with minimal supervision. Manage relationships and operating processes with demo platform providers and internal service owners. Coordinate provisioning, readiness, maintenance, platform health, licensing, trial availability, and lifecycle activities that support partner workshops, demonstrations, technical readiness, and solution showcases. Coordinate infrastructure and related operational activities. Identify gaps and implement scalable processes, automation opportunities, and practices that keep the team running effectively. Provide program and content support when additional capacity is needed. Partner with architects and subject matter experts to develop presentations, readiness materials, workshop content, program documentation, and executive-ready updates while maintaining technical accuracy and consistent messaging. Collect and evaluate program signals, communicate status and risks, and use operational insights to improve program performance. Contribute to business reviews and help influence change across the organization.
