How you will create an impact This role is responsible for handling initial claim reports from policyholders, agents and third parties and ensuring timely and accurate claim setup into claims management system to facilitate smooth claims processing. Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:
Key Responsibilities
Monitor FNOL inbox. Capture complete and accurate information about incidents, damage and parties involved into claims management system with high accuracy. Create detailed, clear notes documenting claims information. Assign claims to appropriate team based on claim types and complexity. Assists with claims payments occasionally. Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately. Follow established workflows and procedures. Meeting productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards. Participate in quality assurance reviews. Any other job related responsibility / project required by AIG. What you’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant change and possess the following skills:
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent of a combination of experience and studies. Experience in customer service role. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word. Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy. Fully bilingual. Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (oral and written) Skills Data entry accuracy and speed Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and concepts (preferred). Clear verbal and written communication Empathy and customer service orientation Problem solving skills for unusual situations Prioritization skills Adaptability Team Collaboration Ready to prove your potential?
